We are an independent construction consultancy providing quantity surveying, contract administration and dispute resolution services throughout the built environment. We provide proactive, strategic cost and contractual support to Investors, Developers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors within a wide range of sectors.

Adjudication
We regularly act as adjudication party representatives and manage the entire process on behalf of our clients.

Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary process used to resolve conflict between participating parties. Mediation is confidential and without prejudice, allowing the parties to partake in settlement discussions and explore options safe in the knowledge that anything discussed cannot be relied upon during legal proceedings.
Our low cost mediation service facilitates the swift resolution of property and construction related disputes.

Alternatively, we offer an advocacy service that provides experienced and competent representation throughout the entire mediation process.​
Contract Advisory
Our contract advisory services includes the review of contract documents and the subsequent negotiation of terms and conditions to safeguard your business. We also draft contractual agreements in accordance with our client's specific requirements by amending standard forms (such as JCT, NEC, FIDIC) or by drafting a bespoke contract.

We are also available to conduct a health check of your existing contracts, providing professional advice on your exposure to risk and identifying how these risks may be adequately mitigated.

We administer contracts on behalf of Subcontractors, Contractors, Developers and Investors.
